Today was the start of my 60 day workout program.
- Earlier: Walk 4mins – Run 1min – 3Sets. 1.29 miles.
- Later on: Walk 4mins – Run 1mins – 4Sets. [later]
- Workout: Abs/Lower back/Core. Sit ups/Press Ups/Squats/Lunges.
- Dumb bells: Biceps/Triceps/Deltoids/Shrugs/Rows
